Coming to London

To make your trip to London as straight-forward and stress-free as possible, we offer a range of services including airport pick up, student travel insurance and a social programme so you can meet other students at International House London.

Airport pick up

We can arrange for you to be met at the airport and taken by car to your arranged accommodation ( more about accommodation ).

If you would like an airport transfer please add this to your 'basket' as you go through the online shop. You should state your London arrival airport, the airline you are travelling with and your flight number. If you have already booked a course online, you can add a transfer by logging into the website and amending your order.

Please note we need at least five days notice to arrange a transfer from your arrival airport.

(You can arrange a transfer for your flight home once you are at the school.)

Transfer fee from Heathrow or London City Airport: £70 one way
Transfer fee from Gatwick, Stansted or Luton Airport: £85 one way

Student travel insurance

Comprehensive travel, repatriation, medical and course insurance are vital if you plan to study here. School fees are not refundable or transferable. Thus we strongly recommend that you take our comprehensive insurance which covers the reimbursement of fees.

If you wish to organise medical, travel and course insurance, International House London has negotiated favourable premiums for its students with the insurance company C3 Allianz Insurance plc. They offer insurance that is tailor-made to the needs and requirements of English language students.
