The Business Cultural Trainer's Certificate (BCTC)
The Business Cultural Trainer's Certificate - BCTC - is aimed at international business English teachers, trainers and HR professionals who need to research, design and deliver cross-cultural training courses to business customers.
In three days we will show you how to design a country profile, how to prepare a cultural training programme, and how to identify unique selling points and market courses.
The BCTC gives you the opportunity to develop your cultural training skills and identify what you have to offer as a cultural trainer. You will learn cultural activities and specialised training tips for use in the corporate and general language sectors.

BCTC Course Requirements
- The BCTC an intensive three-day course made up of 20 55-minute lessons. Total teaching time: 18 hours and 20 minutes.
- If you are a non-native English speaker you will need a competence in English equivalent to the Cambridge Advanced Certificate (CPE), or CEF C2, to take this course.
- The BCTC includes a complete ‘off-the-shelf’ training course that you can deliver.
- The minimum age is 18 years old and the maximum class size is 15.
