A company or institution has a large number of staff to be trained in a language or a number of different languages.
The participants in each group share the same language knowledge and training objectives.
How it is organised:
The company’s language needs are analysed and the programme most suitable for the specific language goals is selected.
The timetable for the lessons is set according to the availability of the participants and may be part-time or full-time.
A tutor is assigned to the group/groups and the programme dates and contents are confirmed.
The participants’ attendance is carefully monitored during the course of lessons and the class registers sent to the company training department.
At the end of each course a group training report is produced by the tutor and recommendations are made for any future training.
