The International House TESOL Certificate is an initial qualification for people training to teach English for the first time. With real-life teaching practice and regular feedback from your trainers, you will learn the practical skills to plan and deliver motivating and engaging lessons.
The shorter courses are for practicing teachers who want to improve their teaching communication skills. These two-week development courses include Classroom Skills for Primary School Teachers , Bringing British Culture to the Classroom and Language Development and Teaching Skills .
Teacher development courses are very practical and interactive, and will give you lots of ideas that you can use in your own classrooms. The group size is a maximum of 15, and by working alongside other English Language teachers you will also increase your confidence and knowledge of teaching practice.
