The Business Cultural Trainer's Certificate (BCTC)

This course is aimed at Business English teachers, trainers and HR professionals who need to research, design, market and deliver cultural training courses to business customers. You will need a competence in English, equivalent to the Cambridge Advanced Certificate in English (CPE) or CEF C2 to take this course.

Course overview

  • This three-day intensive course teaches you the key theories of cultural training, how to research and design a country profile, how to prepare a cultural training programme, how to identify unique selling points and market courses.
  • The course is made up of 20 55-minute lessons, making the total lesson time 18 hours and 20 minutes.
  • Includes a complete ‘off-the-shelf’ training course that you can deliver.
  • The courses gives you the opportunity to develop your cultural training skills, identify what you have to offers as a cultural trainer, learn cultural activities and specialized training tips for use in the corporate and general language sectors.
  • The minimum age is 18 years old.
  • Maximum class size is 15 participants.
