Business process outsourcing


The problem with outsourcing is the extra management time involved in ensuring offshore performance and quality maintenance. Works at two levels: training for management teams involved in negotiating offshore BPO projects, and auditing empathy, language, cultural skills (ELCS programme) of the offshore provider. This is supported by the preparation of specialist manuals for offshore teams and on site training of training managers and team leaders.
