English Evening Course - Just Pron
The Evening English Pronunciation Course - Just Pron is ideal for adults learning English in London who want a good technical basis for the correct pronunciation of Standard British English. The course helps you to speak better English by giving you a better understanding of sentence intonation and stressed and unstressed syllables.
There is plenty of opportunity to practise speaking English on the course, and you should find that the quality of your conversational English improves. The Just Pron course is for lower intermediate (CEF B1) to advanced (CEF C2) levels of English speaker.
Course overview
- Two lessons a week (55 minutes each) for eight weeks. Lessons are on Tuesday evenings from 6.30-8.30pm with a 10 minute break. Total lesson hours per week: one hour and 50 minutes.
- The maximum class size is six students and the minimum entry age is 21.
- The course involves practice in the Language Laboratory every session.
Visas
If you require a visa, please note that because this course is for less than 15 hours a week, we understand it does not meet the requirements of the United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA) for a General Student Visa (GSV).
Students can apply for a Student Visitor Visa (SVV) to attend this course.
