International House London offers a range of English for Exams courses, to help you prepare for and practise the English language skills needed for specific tests and certificates.

We run day and evening preparation courses for Cambridge Examinations, including the First Certificate in English (FCE), Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE), and the Certificate of Advanced English (CAE). ALL Cambridge Examinations courses INCLUDE the exam fee.

You can also do your IELTS preparation in London at International House. Choose a one week, four week, or evening IELTS preparation course to help you get ready for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. International House is a recognised IELTS test centre, so you can also take the IELTS exam in London. Please check our IELTS test dates to book the exam.

There are a variety of exam study options. You can take intensive lessons, or an exam-specific evening English course to prepare. Applicants are sent an entrance test before starting any English for Exams course.
