Communicate
This one-day cross-cultural training course is ideal for managers overseeing international staff. Communicate teaches you how to negotiate and network with colleagues and clients more effectively. You will also learn the conventions of international email and video conferencing.
Communicate is made up of four, seven-hour courses: Presentations, Meetings, Negotiations and Networking. You can choose to follow one, or combine them in a four-day programme.
