International Manager
International Manager is a cultural awareness training programme for managers working with international staff.
The course teaches you how to cope with cultural differences, how to conduct international negotiations more effectively, and how to tailor your sales and marketing activities to different markets. The course is for native and non-native English speakers.
Programme overview
International Manager is a two day programme giving you the skills to predict, resolve and avoid problems arising from cultural differences within a team.
Key areas of focus include communication styles, key cultural differentiators, dealing with language issues, the communication matrix, the E-COLE formula (national characteristics and how to deal with them) and the cultural style profile.
Non-native English speakers, of an upper intermediate level (CEF B2), may benefit from a 15 hour Professional English Course .
You can take this course over two days from 9-4pm or as eight smaller sessions from 4.30-6pm.
