One Team

One Team is a cultural awareness training programme for HR managers, site managers, construction supervisors, public bodies and other large-scale employers of migrant workers or minority groups.

One Team explores ways in which diverse minority groups and management can work together and communicate effectively.

We look at the seven aspects of diversity (age, disability, gender, human rights, race, religion and sexuality) and their impact across ethnic groups using case studies and personal style profiles.

The course meets the requirements of companies with a contractual obligation to offer diversity and inclusion programmes to staff.

Non-native English speakers, of an upper intermediate level (CEF B2), may benefit from a 15 hour Professional English Course .

Choose a one block session from 9-4pm or four smaller sessions from 4.30-6pm.
