Nine-month University Foundation Programme in Law

Our nine-month University Foundation Courses are flexible and modular, offering overseas students a personalised route into Bachelors Degrees in Engineering, Business Studies, Finance, Accounting and Law at top UK universities.

This University Foundation Programme involves two compulsory modules in English and Maths, plus one module in Law .

Course overview

  • The University Foundation Programme is for overseas students who have successfully completed secondary education at home ( see entry requirements ). It effectively replaces two years of A-Level study.
  • The nine-month course starts annually in September.
  • All academic modules are taught in a British university style, with lectures and tutorials.
  • The English language module is designed to help you achieve an IELTS band score of 6.5, the entry requirement for UK educational institutions.
  • Maximum group size is 15 students.
  • Minimum entry age is 16 years old.
  • Computer literacy is a vital part of this course. If necessary we can help you achieve the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) qualification.
  • This course is for mid intermediate English speakers to advanced (minimum standard is IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL 175).
