Advanced German (General Programme)

Advanced German (General Programme) is an 11 week German language course for people who want to perfect their language skills and build confidence. Advanced German language classes are once a week on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm-8.30pm.

International House is centrally located in Covent Garden so it’s a great place to study if you want to learn German in London.

Advanced German: Course overview

• German lessons at IH London are interactive and dynamic. Your teacher will speak German and use presentations, group discussions and authentic German material to broaden your vocabulary and improve your pronunciation.
• We will assess your ability at lesson one, as well as monitoring your progress throughout the course, to make sure that you always learn German at the right level.
• General German language courses are 11 weeks long and there are four 11 week terms each year.
• The average class size is 6-8 students (max 14), and the minimum age is 16.
