Italian Academic Programme for Beginners Continuation to Elementary Levels

Study Italian over a longer period of time with our Academic Programmes, designed to develop your Italian speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. The Academic Programme is divided into eight levels from beginners through to advanced. You can move up through the levels as your skills evolve. There are four terms of 11 weeks every year. Each term is separated by a short break, meaning that you can study year-round to fast-track your progress.

Course overview

• The Italian Academic Programme focuses on developing core Italian language skills. From the first lesson the teacher will speak to you in Italian, using teaching aids to ensure that you understand the meaning of the new language.
• The course comes in eight levels. Take an online test to estimate your level.
• We will assess your knowledge and needs in the first lesson to ensure that you are studying the most appropriate level.
• Courses are one evening per week, from 6.30-8.30pm, for 11, 22, 33 or 44 weeks. Beginner classes are on Wednesdays, beginners continuation and elementary classes are on Thursdays and pre-Intermediate to advanced classes are on Tuesdays.
• The maximum class size is 14 students - with a class average of ten.
• Minimum entry age for this course is 16 years old.
