Executive English for Human Resource Management

Designed for practising Human Resources (HR) Managers with a mid intermediate level of English, this Executive Centre course develops key language skills and helps you communicate more effectively with colleagues and prospective employees. The course also focuses on English used during typical Human Resources activities. This one-to-one programme is tailored to your specific needs using a pre-course needs analysis.

Course overview

  • The course enhances your English language skills with reference to HR activities including appraisals, interviews, health and safety, conditions of work, contracts, recruitment, motivation and training/development.
  • The course improves your HR vocabulary, listening skills, pronunciation, use of figures/statistics and oral fluency in presentations, negotiations and meetings.
  • Minimum entry level for our Executive English for HR course is mid intermediate (CEF B1). You should also be 21 or over.
  • You can study this course intensively (six 55-minute lessons per day) or semi-intensively (three 55-minute lessons per day in the morning or afternoon).
  • If you study this course on a semi-intensive basis, we recommend that you combine it with a morning or afternoon Business English Group Course .
  • This course can be run as a one-week programme for closed company groups.
