Executive English for Information Technology

Executive English for IT professionals is a practical language course designed to improve the listening skills, vocabulary and industry-specific communication skills of IT specialists, whose first language is not English. We assess your specific requirements before the course starts, to create a bespoke course syllabus to meet your needs.

Course overview

  • During this two-week course, you can choose your particular area of focus from a range of options including: software training, network management, purchasing hardware/software, formal and informal terminology and troubleshooting.
  • Working with a dedicated tutor, experienced in IT, you will learn to use figures effectively, increase your fluency in presentations and meetings, discuss current technological issues and extend your English IT vocabulary.
  • Minimum entry level for our Executive English for Information Technology is mid intermediate (CEF B1). You should also be 21 or over.
  • You can study this course intensively (six 55-minute lessons per day) or semi-intensively (three 55-minute lessons per day in the morning or afternoon).
  • If you study this course on a semi-intensive basis, we recommend that you combine it with a morning or afternoon Business English Group Course or Executive English group course .
  • Executive English for IT can be run as a one-week programme for closed company groups.
