PRINCE2 is the world’s de facto standard project management methodology used by organisations including the United Nations, Home Office, NHS etc. in industries such as civil service, oil and gas, construction, IT, banking, engineering, marketing to name a few and can be applied to any type of project within any industry sector.

The method is widely recognized and understood and so provides a common vocabulary for all those involved in a project, which helps effective communication. The method also provide for the explicit recognition of project responsibilities so that participants understand each other’s roles and needs. There is a defined structure for accountability, delegation, authority and communication.

This training course will teach you the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to manage projects in a controlled environment. The PRINCE2® is the most popular approach used by successful Project Managers.

The course is a mixture of input and practical sessions, delivered by an approved trainer with practical experience of project.

During the course you will learn how important it is for the project to maintain constant business justification. You will gain knowledge of how to initiate and close a project as well as how to most efficiently manage project stages. The course will highlight the importance of quality in project and provide you with possible ways in which you can manage risk and product delivery.

The course is interactive. You will be doing exercises, brainstorming, working in team of your peers to come up with possible solutions to issues which arise during the lifecycle of a project.

Agile PM – Foundation and Practitioner full qualification

Claudine PeetMeet your trainer: Claudine Peet

Prior to starting training 18 years ago, Claudine was involved in many projects for about 12 years.

She started her project management career working in the hospitality industry arranging large conferences and events. In 2000, Claudine achieved TAP certification from the Institute of IT Trainers which teaches trainers how to engage in interactive learning with delegates.

In addition, in 2006 she achieved accreditation from the APM Group as a PRINCE2 trainer and subsequently added MSP, Change Management, APMP, Agile PM and Prince2 Agile to her list of accredited courses she delivers.

In 2015 Claudine worked with Lynda.com to produce a Prince2 Fundamentals course which provided a high-level overview of Prince2. Claudine worked with LinkedIn to produce a Prince2 2017 training course and an exam preparation course due for release in January 2018.
