Prince 2 – Foundation and Practitioner (full qualification)

PRINCE2 is the world’s de facto standard project management methodology used by organisations including the United Nations, Home Office, NHS etc. in industries such as civil service, oil and gas, construction, IT, banking, engineering, marketing to name a few and can be applied to any type of project within any industry sector.

The method is widely recognized and understood and so provides a common vocabulary for all those involved in a project, which helps effective communication. The method also provide for the explicit recognition of project responsibilities so that participants understand each other’s roles and needs. There is a defined structure for accountability, delegation, authority and communication.
