Course content
Students receive 15 hours a week of English tuition, with engaging lessons structured around weekly topic themes. Each afternoon is spent practising their English during exciting activities. Students will also explore famous attractions around London in supervised trips – one full day and one half day per week.
One of the great things about the course is that the class curriculum is integrated into the afternoon activities.
Excursions
Each week there is one full-day excursion outside the city to visit other famous places in England. In addition, students have a half-day excursion every week (there is also one free day to choose an optional excursion).*
Examples of full day excursions (subject to availability):
A day trip to Oxford with a visit to a university college and punting on the river
Brighton with Brighton beach and the i360
Stonehenge with a tour of the historic site
Bath with a trip to the Roman Baths
Cambridge with walking tour and punting on the river

Travel card: A travel card for London’s public transport system is included in the price of the course.
Activities
Activities take place every afternoon, giving students the opportunity to play fun games, make new friends and practise their English.
Students practise their English inside and outside of the classroom, for the best learning experience.

Accommodation
Students will stay in either triple or twin bedrooms. They will share the bathrooms with their roommates. Single rooms are provided for group leaders with en suite bathrooms. Hosted in Royal National Hotel in central London, walking distance from IH London.
Meals
Full board package included breakfast, hot lunch and dinner at the hotel.
