Trainer details

This course is offered by Anna Britton. Anna runs an Educational  Consultancy working with participants from around the globe and helping them hone their communication and language skills.  Her workshops cover different aspects of leadership, management, resilience and coaching and she personally coaches participants on various leadership programmes.

Anna has a degree in International Business Studies and Spanish together with postgraduate qualifications in English language, resources development and training.  She is also a qualified practitioner for a number of psychometric profiling tools including Emotional Intelligence, Communication Styles and Work Preferences.

Our teacher was excellent, deploying a wide range of methodology and teaching techniques. She was really dedicated and empathetic, and taught me a lot of useful techniques for the classroom.
