Executive Leadership Group Coaching Programme

An evidence-based weekly group leadership development and coaching programme, integrating applied leadership models and offering individual leadership coaching delivered in a group format. With a focus on improved self-awareness, this coaching programme provides senior leaders with the opportunity to identify and work on their leadership competencies and to achieve personal and professional goals. Sessions take place weekly.

Delegates receive an accredited CPD certificate of attendance (included) or an accredited CPD Certificate in Executive Leadership Development through Group Coaching for an additional £75.00 Assessment Fee per student upon successful completion of an assessed reflective assignment

Who should attend?

Executive group coaching is for those who wish to become better and more resilient leaders. The coaching sessions will help professionals to use their own internal resources to find solutions to the problems they face, offering a confidential and focused space to reflect, share their concerns, and explore ideas with a qualified and experienced executive coach.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the coaching course, clients will have:

• Improved self-awareness and awareness of leadership competencies
• Improved motivation, engagement, goal-setting and achievement
• Developed their leadership competency

Course Content

The first section of each session is spent on exploring leadership and development models, and the rest of the session in working on the leader’s personal and professional coaching objectives.

Some sample topics that will be covered are:

1. Developing a reflective, empowered Leadership Approach
2. Understanding Coaching (the GROW model and person-centred coaching)
3. Identifying core values/beliefs and adopting a solution-focused Strengths-based approach
4. The Johari Window (enhancing self-awareness & growth mindset)
5. The SCARF Model and ACT (enhancing self-management & team-management)
6. Core Leadership competencies, role models & leadership behaviours
