It's my first time in London and I'm happy I get the chance to study at IH London. The teachers work hard and are well prepared for the lessons. I hope I can take another course in the future.

“New York was also in my mind, but the fact that in London most of the museums are free of charge made me decide to come to London. I went to Grow Up agency and was recommended IH London as it ranks No1 in central London.

“I found it good that the levels were defined finely. Students are advised to take level check tests if they wish to challenge to the next level. They can still stay in the same class if they wish to.

“I was quite perplexed as of course the lesson was held all in English. Words for grammar and participles confused me really in the beginning. Teachers allowed us to video what they wrote on the white board, which really helped me. Pair works, group works were helpful in the daily use as I always had to think what I could express with my limited vocabulary.

“I now regret that 6 weeks was way too short and I should have enrolled for 3 months or so. Having taken GE15, afternoon was able to be spent for sightseeing, which for me it worked well. I was so happy to be able to participate in lots of school activities as well. Even it was 6 weeks of study, I feel my English has improved a lot.”
