What happens in case a person succeeds only in either the Written or the Spoken exam?

Candidates are awarded with a certificate of the exam they succeeded in, which is valid for life. When they feel ready, they can re-sit the exam they did not succeed in. There is no time limit on re-sitting the exam, nor is there a limit to the times a person wishes to do so.
