Type of contract: Permanent 

Hours: 35 hours per week plus 6 Saturdays per year 

Salary: £29,458 per annum

About International House 

International House London is an established and well-known language school, with over sixty years of experience in providing language courses and teacher training programmes. Role requirements: 

This exciting and varied role will entail working closely with and supporting the Test Centre and Venues Managerand wider Exams department to contribute to the smooth running of the Exams Centre by providing effective administrative support, adherence to compliancy requirements and working collaboratively as part of a highly driven team. In addition the postholder will be responsible for the timely and compliant delivery of test sessions, as well as registering candidates and process applications. 

The roleholder will also be responsible for test preparation, delivery and planning of all Exams Centre exams. Furthermore the post holder will also order and return materials from and to Exam Boards and keep secure all test materials. 

Finally the role holder will support with test processing including the issuing of Test Report Forms and keeping accurate records of all test materials including live test materials, administrative materials and candidate test materials.

Person specification: 

Our ideal candidate will: 

  • Be proficient in IT skills (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)  
  • Be experienced in working within an information service environment and/or sales environment. 
  • Hold previous experience of working in an examinations or assessment environment.
