IH London Social Programme visits Liverpool, Manchester and York
The IH London Social Programme visited Liverpool, Manchester and York during the bank holiday weekend.
The first stop was Liverpool, where the IH London Social Programme learnt about the history and culture of Liverpool. The group visited the Beatles Museum, The Beatles British Invasion exhibition, the Albert Dock, the famous Cavern Bar on Mathew Street and took part in a walking tour of Liverpool.

The next stop on the trip was Manchester, where the group explored the whole city. Activities included a walking tour of Manchester, a private tour of the Manchester City Football Stadium and a trip to the Old Trafford stadium.

The last stop on the trip was York, where the group enjoyed a taste of traditional English life. In York the Social Programme visited York Castle, York Minster Cathedral, a traditional Yorkshire English tea room, the city markets and the Grays Court Hotel.
