Why choose IH London to start your teaching career?
Our beautifully modernised school across nine floors, in the sought after location of Covent Garden in London, is home to some of the best teachers in the industry.
Our founder, John Haycraft, pioneered the course that is now known as the CELTA. Worldwide, the CELTA is still the industry standard for teachers.
Our teaching is built on a heritage of over 65 years of teacher training and we have trained over 55,000 teachers. Many of our teachers are published authors.
Our trainer to CELTA trainee ratio is 1:5, so you receive the attention you need to become a great teacher.
Our school has a full library, with computer resource centre, fully equipped large airy classrooms and an onsite café. We are a 5-minute walk from Holborn tube station.
