Here at IH London we are disappointed to hear that so many students have had their language studies interrupted by the sudden closure of Cactus. As passionate advocates of language learning and teaching, we are aiming to accommodate as many Cactus students as we can, and where a suitable option is available this summer, would like to offer a course free of charge to those affected.

How IH London can help

At IH London, our Foreign Languages department offers courses in 17 different languages, both Online and Face-to-Face. We have many courses starting in July and August, and would like to welcome those affected by the closure of Cactus to one of our summer courses free of charge.

What do Cactus students need to do?

In order to take advantage of this offer, please get in touch with our team on the following email address:

• Please let us know which course you had booked with Cactus; your current language level; and whether you are available to study face-to-face at our school in Holborn London, Online, or either.
• Please forward us proof of purchase of your course with Cactus. 
• Our team with then look for a suitable option for you within our course offering and discuss the possibilities with you.

What if IH London doesn’t offer courses in the language you wanted to study?

Please get in touch with us regardless. Even if we don’t currently offer a suitable course, should there be sufficient demand we will be happy to investigate the feasibility of setting up new courses.

Are there any restrictions?

Cactus students qualify for one free course with IH London, starting in July or August 2024. Courses will be similar in duration and price to what was booked to take place with Cactus.

Can IH London help teachers too?

If your teaching hours have been affected, please get in touch with us. We are aiming to help as many people as possible during this difficult time, and find solutions where possible.
