Online Spanish Level 2 is an Elementary Spanish course for students who have already completed a Beginners course. Online Spanish Level 2 requires that you have previously studied Spanish Level 1 or a course of at least 12 class hours.
Our Online Spanish language classes take place via Zoom with a qualified, experienced teacher and fellow students. The interactive lessons emulate our face-to-face classes, and via teacher screen-sharing, students are able to experience a live classroom environment. From vocabulary activities and covering grammar points on the white board, to listening exercises, file sharing and ‘break-out rooms’ to practise speaking with classmates, students can learn without leaving the comfort of their homes. Spanish Level 4 is an Elementary (A1) course for students who have already studied some Spanish. It is recommended that you have previously studied Spanish Level 3 or a course of at least 36 class hours. If you’re unsure whether this level is right for you, we recommend taking our placement test or contacting the Foreign Language Department, as a more suitable course may be available for you.
Our Online Spanish language classes take place via Zoom with a qualified, experienced teacher.
Classes at IH London are dynamic and interactive as the emphasis is on spoken communication. Lessons are primarily taught in Spanish and include interactive activities like group work and role-plays to boost confidence and fluency. Our courses help you use Spanish in everyday situations, while building core skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
After Level 4, continue your learning with Level 5 and beyond. Progression is based on your class participation and self-study—there are no formal tests. To help you better understand our level system, check our level chart.

By the end of your course, you should be able to:
• Talk about your daily routine and habits: Describe what you do each day, when you do it, and how often.
• Express time and frequency: Tell the time in Spanish and talk about how regularly things happen.
• Interact in everyday conversations: Express agreement or disagreement with others and describe the sequence of daily actions.
• Use the present tense (presente de indicativo) with regular and some irregular verbs.
• Form and use reflexive verbs to talk about personal routines.
• Express opinions and reactions using common phrases like yo también, yo no, yo sí, and yo tampoco.
