Future Leaders: Entrepreneurship is modelled on tasks, discussion and critical thinking that students will experience in higher education. The course promotes empowerment and autonomous learning as students develop leadership skills and teamwork.

Students attend academic sessions in the mornings and afternoons, delivered as workshops and focused on project delivery. The course includes guest speakers and concludes with a final presentation in front of judges, with the winning group receiving the Future Leaders Trophy.

Students also have opportunities to exercise their bodies as well as their minds through afternoon and evening activities, along with whole school events.

On the Entrepreneurship programme, students will develop confidence as young entrepreneurs and gain an understanding of business principles. They will explore examples such as teen business stars, start-ups and guest speakers, develop innovative ideas into business plans and learn how to present their ideas to potential investors.

Students will examine social impact, sustainability, financial planning and leadership qualities. At the end of the programme, they pitch their ideas in the Olivier Hall to a panel of judges.

During the course, students visit the Houses of Parliament and Bletchley Park, where they can see leadership in action.
