• Free excursions and free accommodation options must be chosen at the time of booking. Once confirmed, these cannot be changed.
• A deposit may be required for processing.
• These are set excursion options for IH Oxford Young Learner Centre and are not optional add-ons.
Transfers
We offer both shared shuttle transfers and private transfers from London airports. Shared transfers are supervised by IH staff and operate from Heathrow only. Private transfers are available from all London airports and can be arranged for individuals or groups.

• All transfer fees are additional to the programme fee.
• Shared transfers are supervised by IH staff.
• Private transfers are unsupervised unless specifically requested.
• IH Meet & Greet team is available at Heathrow (LHR) every Wednesday from 9:00–19:00.
• One suitcase per student.
• Shared transfer waiting time may be up to 3 hours after scheduled flight arrival, plus 1 hour for baggage claim and customs. This does not account for unforeseen airline delays or early arrivals.
• Agents and organisers are kindly asked to select flight times that minimise waiting for shuttle departures or drop-offs.
Registration & UM Fees
A one-time programme registration fee applies to all bookings. An optional Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service is available on request for airline-booked UM students.
