Discover the ultimate family bonding experience in London with our Winter Family Programme! Parents and children can join forces to explore the vibrant city of London while immersing themselves in English language learning.
Parents will be taking our English Experience 30+ programme at the Executive Centre in classes up to 8 people, while children take the Young Learners Winter programme at the same school.
Stay in comfortable accommodation within walking distance of our school and enjoy full board meals for children and breakfast plus dinner for parents. Join us for an unforgettable adventure where language, culture, and exploration come together!
The Winter Family Programme in London provides a balanced mix of language learning and exploration for both parents and children. Parents will engage in two half-day excursions weekly, alongside structured English lessons tailored to their level, with 15 lessons per week.
Children will receive daily language lessons matched to their proficiency level, with 15 lessons per week, along with five half-day excursions to London attractions. Evening activities for children offer fun games, new friendships, and English practice in a relaxed setting, enriching their London experience! On Saturdays, they’ll enjoy full-day supervised excursions to renowned destinations outside London.
On Saturdays, parents can opt to take their children out of their programme and on a private excursion.
They can also choose from a range of destinations from our social programme calendar at no extra cost.
This comprehensive schedule ensures a fulfilling experience for the whole family, combining language development, cultural immersion, and adventure!

For parents, the Winter Family Programme in London includes two half-day excursions each week, featuring tours around England guided by professors from our Executive Centre. Additional excursions* are available from our social programme for those left wanting more.
Meanwhile, children will embark on a rich array of excursions. They’ll enjoy five half-day trips per week to iconic London attractions such as the Tower of London, the Science Museum, and the London Eye. On Saturdays, they’ll participate in full-day supervised excursions to famous destinations outside London, including Oxford, Brighton, Stonehenge, Bath, and Cambridge.
On Saturdays, parents can opt to take their children out of their programme and on a private excursion. Choose from a range of destinations from our social programme calendar at no extra cost.
Our comprehensive excursion programme ensures that both parents and children extend their learning beyond the classroom, fostering exploration, discovery, and the creation of unforgettable memories together!

A day trip to Oxford with a visit to a university college and punting on the river
Brighton with Brighton beach and the i360
Stonehenge with a tour of the historic site
Bath with a trip to the Roman Baths
Cambridge with walking tour and punting on the river

Evening activities
Evening activities for children in the Winter Family Programme offer a fun and interactive way to further enrich their experience. These activities provide opportunities for playing engaging games, making new friends, and practicing English in a relaxed setting. With a focus on enjoyment and language development, these evening sessions complement the day’s learning and excursion adventures, ensuring that children have a well-rounded and memorable experience during their time in London!

Hosted in Royal National Hotel in central London, walking distance from IH London. Twin room for one parent sharing with a child or a triple room for two parents sharing with a child.
Meals
Children enjoy a full-board package featuring hearty breakfasts, packed lunches at the school, and dinners at the hotel. Parents enjoy tasty breakfasts and evening meals with their children. Our meal options guarantee a satisfying and enjoyable experience for the whole family during your time in London!

Our adult school is in the beautiful Covent Garden, central London. Everything London has to offer can be reached from our front door. Our modern air conditioned school has nine floors with a large library, café, computer centre, comfortable social spaces, reception, and 53 fully equipped large bright classrooms.
