How does the refund procedure work?

If you are entitled to a refund, all relevant documentation should be sent to the Young Learner team (younglearners@ihlondon.com). In order for the refund to be processed, the YL team will need the bank details and the beneficiary’s address. Refunds are made by the Finance department no less than 30 days after initial enquiry.

Any booking made constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
